📦 Account Purchase & Sales

  • What is Missy Gaming?
    Missy Gaming specializes in selling and buying gaming accounts, ensuring secure and reliable transactions for our customers. We offer after-sales support and transaction insurance where applicable.
  • How does the reservation system work?
    10%-20% non-refundable deposit reserves the account for 2–4 weeks. The full balance must be completed within the reservation period.
  • Will I receive the original email for the account?
    Some accounts include the original email. Accounts with original email are not covered under store insurance as full control is transferred to you.
  • Will my account get recovered or stolen after I buy it?
    We provide store insurance for eligible accounts. Buyers must also protect login credentials after purchase.
  • What happens if my account gets recovered by the original owner?
    We will assist recovery attempts. If unsuccessful within 30 days, eligible compensation will be provided.
  • My account was banned after a few months. What should I do?
    We are not responsible for bans after sale caused by customer actions (e.g., third-party software, account sharing, revealing purchase details).
  • Can I sell my account back to Missy Gaming?
    You can contact us. We will assess the account based on its current condition and demand. Buyback is not guaranteed.
  • Will playing an account that's not from Singapore cause issues?
    No. All accounts are APAC shard and can access Singapore, Tokyo, Mumbai, Sydney servers normally. Ping is based on your internet connection, not account country.

💎 VP Top-Up Services

  • Do you need my account login for VP top-up?
    Choose between Standard VP (no login, instant code) or Global Discounted VP (temporary login for cheaper rates).
  • I see different countries listed for VP top-up prices. Can I top-up using another country's rate?
    No. You must top-up based on your registered country. Check in Valorant Settings > About > Game Shard.
  • Why is your VP top-up cheaper than the official Riot store? Will I get banned?
    We use suppliers from lower-price regions. Top-up is 100% safe if done correctly matching your account region.

🌏 International / Out-of-Singapore Sales

  • I am from Europe/NA. Can you change the account region before I purchase?
    Yes. Requires 20% non-refundable deposit and additional service fee. Region change takes 15–20 days. No access during the process.
  • I am an international buyer. How do I arrange payment?
    Contact us directly to discuss international payment methods. We will assist you personally.

  • Can I submit a ticket to Riot Support if I face issues?
    No. Contacting Riot without knowledge can cause account locks. Always consult Missy Gaming first before doing anything.
